UNABLE TO USE SAP MOBILE AS WE DO NOT AUTHORISTATION
Dear Sir We just upgraded our SAP B1 to V9.2 patch 11. Previously when we were using the SAP Mobile app on our iPads, we have no issue accessing. However, after the company upgraded SAP B1 to the version above, we are unable to use the Mobile App. We could not access any module except the approval module. The error message shows: “No authorisation access”. Can you look into this and resolve it soonest possible as we are quite dependent on the SAP mobile for our work. Thank you.
