The app needs to be updated that if we want to listen songs stored in saregama on the go we could listen through app also without connecting to device through Bluetooth. It will enhance the experience of listening the songs while travelling when we cannot carry the Saregama Caravan device with us. Please update.
After paying 3500 INR for the upgraded version of Wi-Fi model …I felt like they have an app …so I can can enjoy upgraded songs … it nothing more than a loot … I’m filing a civil suit against them …
Doesn’t connect to my Caravan and Caravan mini. Tried a number of times. Don’t know what’s the issue. Have others too faced the same issue?
Since the latest models have support only for Hindi offline music u need to at least upgrade the library to support other languages Tamil, Malayalam etc.. so that we can play via Bluetooth
It looks like either they didn’t find it important to test the app or didn’t pay well to tester before uploading it on app store, lots of bugs are there in this app (i.e. notification is showing message notification all the time even after Checking all the messages). They really need to work hard on this else there are thousands of apps in the market, no body really care about keeping an app with lots of bugs in their phone.
Great sound...great collection of songs.....but unable to connect with my iPhone (IOS13.6) via Bluetooth....the Carvaan get paired with iphone easily....but when trying to play from app, it can’t show the paired device(the Carvaan)...have refreshed several times....but nothing happened ....so frustrating....!!!
This app is quite useless to be honest. I chose Hemant Kumar songs and the device played songs from Hum Aapke Hain Kaun. Lol. I think the designer should seriously test this or let users know how to use. I’ve been wasting my Rs. 300 per year as it has absolutely no added advantage over other music apps that are pretty perfect.
Nice app but I would suggest it would be better if playing songs based on movie name is also available. If i search for a song on app based on movie it plays that song only and not all songs from that movie
My carvaan premium broke (software issue) and i tried to reset but it disappointed help and so I thought i will take the app subscription to stream songs via Bluetooth. The app doesn’t autoplay the next song. You have to keep clicking on the next song to play it. The worst app one could imagine.
