Dashboard been off since who knows when. Two stars

App freezes so often. Added outage areas don’t stay programmed in.

Won’t let me into my account therefore I get no alerts. Cause big inconvenience.

Nothing in this all works for me. I keep being told to delete the app and reinstall. Log in log out. Etc. that’s not a solution. Been 6 months of this.

This app is unusable… constantly crashes. Need to delete and re-install to try to run.

Giving trying to make it work

App never worked and it’s still stuck I tried to see my bill and it’s not loading and no meter reading I don’t understand what is the sad power it dept doing abou it .

Constantly have to delete app and reinstall, when you try to use dashboard it’s a blank white screen and nothing you do works unless you delete and reinstall. This happens almost every time I open the app, please fix this issue

Terrible app. Nothing loads. Complete garbage.

After update nothing will open. As we live in the country it was nice to be able to quickly check on outages. Now nothing works. Just got a message expect outage. But when we go into site it won’t open. Tried everything. Even delete and reinstall.
