There is an app issue regarding on the video call for iPhone users. Everytime you accept doctor’s call, no video and audio. Doctor needs to call 3-4 times before the video and audio call will proceed.

I keep receiving calls but when I answer the app will close. I called the customer service but they said it’s connection problem which is not true. I asked if they will refund me but she said it’s non refundable. Horrible!

This app developer cheats. No professional. I am waiting for 6 hours but finally doctor say it cannot call because app error. How come app developer don’t know how to create app.

Very worst app no option to reset password

Tried to book a teleconsult and did not get a notification of the call by the doctor. Apparently you have to stare at your phone for 2 hours until you get the call in order not to miss it. Customer service says its the app’s problem and the prepaymentvis therefore forfieted. What a SCAM!!

I pick up the call 3 times and all was cut off. Then I was back to the queue screen. 2 hours has passed yet no other call coming. No where to leave a comment too

Tried to use this app and sign up. No OTP send to SMS resend so many times still not working. Can fox this issues.

Confusing to use

I have made and the doctor cut the phone call 3times after that never call back? The previous q also cannot cancel, rubbish waste my money and time
