I tried to topup my account and i tried it almost hundred times and everytime it keeps telling me “Please try after sometime” Please fix your issues in the app before pushing these kind of low quality apps to public. Pathetic.

No PrePaid card offers cash-back like SAV does. Spend 5000 and get around 200, but just bear in mind if your spendings fall short of even 1 dirham, for example 9999, you will get 200 ~ only and not 400 AED. Which is reserved after your cross 10,000. And 650 if you cross 15,000 in spending. 5,000 to 9999 would remain same cash-back.

Customer service is through whatsapp and no response its been days i have messaged no response

Once you enter you will stuck so thinks twice before you register , you have to pay 49 Aed to delete you account at the same time time is you cant to withdraw you money to bank account only with their card so this extra 25 aed to receive a card

I downloaded the app and tried to link my accounts to receive an error message at the end that service is offline. The bank names disappeared from the list of banks and i could not remove / attempt to reconnect again. Contacted the support through whatsapp and email, but with no response at all! And now stuck without knowing what to do !

I used the app to understand my money and track my net worth. It was easy to connect my two bank accounts. I used the ready saving pots to save money for daily needs.

I just purchase Noon E-gift voucher and Paid with my credit card, but I didn’t receive any email for my E-gift voucher code and pin.

I tried my best of my patience to retry due to failed topup but its not worth it.
