I love her exercises, but I did not like the amount of curse words. Mind you I am a stay at home with a toddler who does not take naps, so my exercises are done with my child around. it is quite upsetting to know that her exercises were motivational words and now it’s story telling and F word every other sentence. I have canceled my subscription. Maybe in the future I can try it again.

This app glitches often by logging me out at then making me restore the purchase to login and it’s set on Autopay and is paid for each month so I don’t understand why it keeps happening.

I am loving these workouts! They are not as invasive on my body like heavy lifting but but don’t be fooled by the tiny moves, they set your muscles on fire! I’ve see a positive change in my body too.

After six years of trying everything I can across this app with Natalie FINALLY has me exercising regularly. The exercises are challenging and yet SO much fun… most of them, anyway. 😂 This app is a great for challenges or building your own routines with her individual exercises. I am a mom of 4 who struggles with consistency in exercising and self care. I have very little time as I’m always running, cooking or cleaning but the energy found in these routines helps focus me and really get me energized. For a bonus Natalie’s personality is incomparable. She often messes up counting reps but rebounds in such funny ways. You really build a bond with her and therefor want to show up for more.

Natalie is very upbeat and I love her positive attitude. So many workouts that keep you looking forward to more and to suit your mood 👍 would love to see more recipes and the option to save Challenges to favorites instead of just individual workouts, would be nice. Barefoot workouts rule, thanks Natalie ❤️❤️❤️
