SaveOnFoods continues to jack up their prices weekly, while inflation is down. This app also sucks up a ridic amount of battery while it’s open. Goodbye Saveon.

Won’t work, doesn’t update and sync with laptop site, rewards are wrong, won’t sync the orders and doesn’t show past orders since march 2024. Useless to me Reinstalled numerous times!!

Every time I reserve a slot it expires mid shop. Sometimes within 5 minutes of starting. Then the slots are “sold out”.

Every time I go to add the ‘deals’ to my card you have to log in again… even though I’m already logged into the app. I keep Downloading it to see if it has changed but no. I find it super frustrating You also don’t get to see your running total when you’re doing the online shopping thing. I get so frustrated I just go to the store instead

No savings from these stores. Want to save. Shop at Wallmart.

Constantly signing me out and then gives error message when trying to sign back in.

I use an older iPad and forgot my password. This app simply does not work any longer. When I attempt to enter a ten password the body of the screen goes blank and no new password can be created. No problem at all with the old app. Asked to download old app, nothing works. Fed up.

i have 46 drinks and no food because your app is messed up and i have to go until i get paid without solid foods 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

They substitute with smaller items and charge more. Could be human error. The produce they sent was old and peppers mouldy. Unhappy, YES

The card this app generates for Apple wallet doesn’t work at self check out kiosks. Forcing the user to open the app instead of just using wallet for the more rewards card. It has been this way for years now. Save-on needs to spend a few hours on their kiosk backend to allow the wallet barcodes. I find it kind of unacceptable that this is still an issue.
