SAWASDEE by AOT

I had a horrible experience with the Sawasdee app. It is utterly useless. When I tried accessing their fast track service page, it was completely blank. To make matters worse, I went to their support page for both Sawasdee and AOT, and the support button didn't respond at all. It's extremely frustrating to deal with such a poorly designed app. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this app at all costs.

If this app is any indication of Thailand’s efforts to curb the spread of Covid-19, all I can say is “Good luck. You’re going to need a lot of it.” Unstable, poorly designed and crashes all the time. Beyond garbage!

the “done” button is impossible to tap and confirm the details when making selections.

Looks like a nice app but it crashed 3 times within the minute I was trying it out. Not yet tested for information accuracy. Will know next week.

Why are some flts that move to DMK still show at BKK (show as canceled i.e. TZ/WE flts) and the arrival info at DMK does not say if flt has arrived/canceled/delayed pls fix. One other suggestion pls put airline name instead of airline company name as the flt info. Much easier for passengers to understand.

Very nice and clean app interface. Many helpful features.
