Every time we have to send the report(BI) via email. It will be better if we get an option to send via WhatsApp.

The app gets closed the moment I select “start recording” option during uploading the certificate of existence process for my father who is a senior citizen. Kindly prioritise this issue and fix the same.

Recent days smart care app not working

Just like an angry granny the app also behaves the same way.

Very convenient app as its name shows it is smart but it’s new version/ update don’t allow you to take screenshot of your account balance…that make it’s rating down….

I was using Smart on my iPhone 7 and it was working fine. Later it gave a choice to update but I refused the choice and was using the earlier version which worked fine. Now I am forced to update and the new version refuses to even open. Please restore to us the choice of earlier version. The new one is completely useless to those with older phones.
