Timings for route 69 are NEVER accurate. Not even close

This app keeps getting worse

The app is not prompt on timing with some buses… like 972M

The app crashes when I open it after I updated my IOS software on my iPhone. Tried to delete and reinstall the app but it still crashes when I open it. Please rectify asap. On a side note. SMRT app is so much better. Hmm I wonder why 🤔

Like this app, very responsive. But the UI and UX not that good, low quality image and hard to use or navigate.

I can tell this application was being rushed and released without conducting any UAT and final quality control. Totally unresponsive until the Bus Captain recruitment ad appears then it becomes responsive. Totally slow at all.

it keeps on crashing

I have trust issues with this app. A few times it says the bus is 10 minutes away but the bus is actually right infront of me. When I refreshed it, it is still at 10 minutes.

Good!!! So after updating, ALL BUSES WAITING SHOW 'NA'!! Y u spend $$$ to have an app but REFUSE to show us the buses arrival time?? Ur IT shld realy realy look into it

If it’s 1-2mins difference it’s ok 15 mins ago shows 8 mins for arriving 15mins later 4mins. Bus 72 5 mins 4 bus Bus 88 20 mins 1 bus
