Very poor and disappointing services
Usually I am using my app to check my account and it happened that I need to open in online web due to some information that the mobile banking app cannot provide, and only online web has complete data. I forgot my password and I have to reset so I can open my online web account. It happened on 15 December and it was mentioned in prompt message that my account was suspended due to security purposes and they will contact me for necessary assistance. 4 days passed no one is calling, as I know that their contact center is open 24/7 so I have decided to call and check the status. This is the first and worst experience I had in banking contact center. After giving my CPR number birthday and other personal details she asked me stupid questions like. 1. She was asking repetitive question that I answered before and kept on asking the same question.(annoying) 2. She was asking where I open my bank account in apple or where? (What the heck!) why do you need to know if I open in apple or web even though I said in website online banking 3. She wants to know if I am using wifi or no? (What the heck again!) why do want to know if wifi or lan or what connection i used? 4. She told to wait another 24 to 48 hours! 4 days passed and no call from their side. I took the courage to call to speed up the process but another 2 days to wait! This is the first time I heard the agent asking so stupid questions after giving my basic information and last transaction, they need to know what internet, site I used to open my account? Now, I am suffering from their services.
