They have focused on security but their app need to more user friendly as compared to other competitors app.

Face id security not enabling in latest ios which is terrible

Can you take an software intern? I guess an intern software developer can make better app than this garbage

All other banking apps in Bangladesh are changing to a simplified user friendly app layout, while SCB mobile app seems very sluggish and behind the competition compared to local banks. I hope SCB bangladesh invests into a better user friendly banking app.

Need to upgrade the app for iphone 16 prro. Facing difficulties to use the menu bar, as it is just under the time bar. Sometimes flickering during use.

This app has thousand of problem where should i start, not worth my time.

My Face ID is not working in this app. Very disappointing. Please suggest me to solve this problem.

Even B graded local banks have better app. No functions at all. The current app lacks functionality and is not user-friendly. The landing page is poorly designed, displaying balances in oversized block letters. It would be beneficial to draw inspiration from banks such as MTBL, NRBC, City, or others.

App has useful features, but without any reason, user id/password gets locked every few weeks. Need to contact call center to unlock. Very cumbersome. May stop using the app and go to web version. This is happening for a long time with no fix!

It’s need urgent update very slow very poor need lots of time .
