海外的网上银行都这么差吗

忽然就进不了了，用电脑登陆又要等这个软件确认…垃圾

Cannot transfer money, show success but received notification of failure, no reason given, went to branch few times, just ask me to update address, but updated also failed to transfer, also fill up the form letting them to update the account for me, still failed, the update personal details page got many bugs too, I will go to suspend the account and move my money to another bank on next, useless app

The app asking for temporary pin,need to call centre but no one is picking up after almost 20 minute. Fagg you

Face ID isn’t working

App crash every time when I click on “Ok” for security validation (the push notification received), never missed. I have to request 2 to 3 time from merchant to make it work. It already happened for 4 years ! Never got fix by apps update. Please fix the problem.

The interface not very user friendly. Need to have understanding and try and error to perform any transaction. Currently forgot my password and not able to perform password reset as no temporary ID and password provided by the system. Called the customer service (as in the guided steps for password reset) in the end, the operator ended the call as my account associated with the banking app. I still not able to reset my password. Name standard chartered, international banking but the method still far away back, old school.
