Note to users Online banking is unavailable and it will get that most annoying point! To use a bank card they charge Rs500 per year & Rs200 per/annum for check book.

This app is a disaster. They are destroying the brand of the Standard Chartered. No updates. No biometric login. Always buggy. Worst.

Full of bugs and looks like it was coded on a potato. It’s a banking app for Christ’s sake. It’s so painful to use, it crashes every session and the layout bugs every time.

I tried to reset my password but no use. It asks for login name or relationship number but when i enter my login name it shows error every time. Please try to update or fix the issue.

This version of the app seems to be infested with a bug that keeps disabling touchscreen feature thereby forcing the user to re-enable it every time they attempt to log-in.

it is not surprising to expect better mobile banking app from perhaps the most reputed bank in Nepal. The other banks such as Nabil bank has done a much better job. The app simply looks hideous. I am hoping they will fix it soon.

Doesn't work asks to update but update is not available.
