Poorly developed app hw do I re-register every two market day that I open the app. It’s so bad that u Cn trust it as an emergency banking

Unreliable app

This app always requires an upgrade and not available for use 90% of the time. Quite a nuisance to use.

Poor International service

I want to do a USD-USD transaction, but I was told to come go to the bank physically. At this age and time, I can’t do a transfer at the comfort of my home and I still have to wait until work days before I can send in dollars

Biometrics login not working

I have not been able to use Face ID to log into the app since like forever now. I hate going on ?

Transactions receipts

I would have given 5 Stars but because you can’t generate your transactions receipts just like other banks ( example: Providus, Gtbank, Access & Jaiz bank) are doing for ease of business/transactions. There’s always room for improvements please include the instant receipts generation. Thank you

Can’t create an account

I have lost count on the number of times I downloaded this app or called support to help with account registration. That’s what I was doing before coming here to leave my review. It takes a long time to save data after which I’ll see an alert that says, “Session expire bla bla…”

Most reliable Banking System

I love the Banking system as a whole, It’s Seamless. But I gave it a 4 star because of the Mobile App. The interface and user experience is just terrible. It’s hard to understand unlike other banking Apps. Plus i’m not able to download receipt after a transaction. Please work on this.

GENERATE RECEIPT

It is imperative that a way of generating transfer receipts be added to the app. The suggestion of using the email/sms alerts as proof of transfers is questionable as they can be manipulated. I therefore think that an avenue to generate transfer receipts on the app is considered.

1 star, one word

USELESS

Terrible UI for YEARS!

I hate this app. The only reason why I still use it is because… I don’t even know why I still use it. I’ve been putting up with terrible UI and unnecessarily long processes for simple tasks for YEARS. But today, I’m done. I’ve freed myself from this burden. The interface on PALMPAY is much more user friendly than this. If anyone is reading this, I would not even recommend Standard Chartered’s Bank App for anyone with a sense of urgency.
