Mỗi lần muốn thao tác thực hiện gì đều bắt đăng nhập cái SC Mobile Key. Đăng nhập gần 5 lần vẫn chưa vô đc cái app. Hệ thống quay vòng vòng. Cực kỳ stupic 😡😡😡😡

Quá tệ không làm được sinh trắc học. Nên tránh xa

Yêu cầu khách hàng cập nhật sinh trắc học nhưng app lỗi không cho phép cập nhật. Vậy là ép khách hàng phải mất thời gian đi giao dịch trực tiếp hay sao?
The worst one!
This is something SC need to IMPROVE seriously. You guys developed the worst UI ever! Not mentioning the lack of basic function like QR scanning. I meant this is real bad, can not even compare to those small banks out there. DO SOMETHING. You dont even deserve 1 start. WORSRT
