It keeps telling me “my info is incorrect” and won’t let me log in. The problem is I can get into everything else just fine so what is the issue???

The app was working fine for the first couple days I had it, but then today when I opened it I was logged out, and now it won’t let me in no matter what I do. I’ve refreshed the app, deleted it & redownloaded it, restarted my phone… nothing will work. It either just freezes on the login screen or tells me my info is incorrect. I know I have the right info cause I can log in to everything else just fine. I’ve just started the year and I need to be able to use this app for lots of stuff so please fix it.

My log in info is correct, can log in on my computer just fine— app will not allow me in no matter what. I don’t even know what I can do with the app since I can’t even get into it :/

app always just crashes anytime you get into it. fully updated. but they need to fix asap.

It shut down every time I log in. Please fix it ASAP cuz we use it to do many things

I’m not sure what was going on with the app 2+ years ago but it works perfectly fine now lol Lots of things can be done in the app which is good so you don’t need a lot of other apps to get around the school

Lol this app needs a saving grace review They fixed it for the most part. All the previous reviews were from 2-4years ago So far everything works great it even has my tuition balance no app jumping 😗

Nothing ever opens. I can’t get my grades to even load. It’s a horrible buggy mess
