Cannot get the device to connect and when my phone searches the scale isn’t found

Scale isn’t showing as an option when phone Bluetooth is searching. Instructions, which are poor on this essential aspect, say to enable location permissions — but that requires the app to request location permissions, which it hasn’t. Either scale or app is faulty or both. Please advise.

I just got the scale today. I can’t register with my . Says network error. I have Wi-Fi and data on my cell.

The app won’t consistently create my fitness report without errors. Also, the healthy ranges seem inaccurate compared to WebMD and other medical journals. There's no option to toggle certain measurements, and the app fat shames you instead of just telling you your the values. It also tells you BMI for some reason which makes no sense when it tell you body fat percentage, which is a more accurate measurement. It also keeps recommending me to be a weight that is unhealthy (lower than my muscle weight on its own) and won't give me any options to change it. If you want to lose weight/track gym progress try a different option.

I was fine was my daily weigh-ins and the automatic results on the app, but now for the past month, the scale isn’t sending the results to my phone. It’s frustrating because it was helping me keep digital track of my progress on the pdf.

I gave it 5 stars. However there is one problem I can’t seem to solve. How do I change my body type. Should be able to change this as progress is being made.

It was great up until a week ago now it doesn’t work at all, I even reinstalled it and it just says network error. So now I’m stuck with a scale in the app doesn’t work

I suspect all data measured by the scale only changes with weight. I track weight every day and if my weight is the same two days in a row, everything else is too. I would believe I had the same weight two days in a row, but to have nothing at all change doesn't see right. Also, I set my body type as "chubby" and the app keeps setting my body type to "athletic" which that's definitely not the case. I can't figure out how to change it back.

Over and hour and the scale still isn’t connected to my phone. Clearly this is a frequent issue. It’s troubling that it’s been a problem for years and is still not addressed. You tube video to address the issue, per previous reviews years ago, is not on YouTube. This scale is worthless to me without a reliable working app to provide more I go than my great grandmothers old scale.
