Scan n Go

Need assistance for the ‘scan and go’ Application as there is a glitch while I scan. It doesn’t allow me to put the number of items on my scan and go application. How do I contact you or how soon can you get in touch with me about this Application!! I need immediate assistance

Love this app so easy to use. Great returns for just doing my shopping. The staff are great and very helpful if you have any problems. ❤️

The app is great, do have trouble with it sometimes though when trying to submit my shopping. It tells me “error, cannot transmit” and I have to delete the app and download it again. Other than that great program and I love the rewards!

As time has gone by over the years I have been using this app, it has really improved and turned into one of the best apps it has been my honour to use. Of course it provides rewards points so to speak which I have used regularly. In addition, the support team when required does a wonderful job and providing the excellent service that comes with IRI Scan n Go app.

Great app and easy to use.

If I am enter items without a bar code I find it annoying to have keep going out and the selecting category ie fruit or veg. I would prefer if once in the category ie fruit you could just keep entering. and finding a nickname that was not taken took for ever

This app has improved since I first started using it. The company definitely listens to their users in making it easier for them. My only current problem is that you can’t pause your scan and come back to it. I get digital receipts and when I forget to take note of the cost of some items that don’t scan (ie vegetables) and my total cost, I have to get out of the app. When I go back in, all the items I have already scanned have disappeared and I have to do it all again. If this was fixed.. 5 stars for you!!

I love this app as it is so easy to use and you can get rewards quite quickly. The only negative that it doesn’t have all the shops or petrol stations that I use.

I have been using this scanner for a number of years now and I love the build up of points I usually use mine on Christmas gifts.
