ScanCoin: identify & check

I just downloaded the free trial to try it out, as I have a lot of coins that I have been interested in selling. After scanning two coins, the images that were taken as opposed to the images that your app captured are totally OFF. The coins that I took pictures of are not dull or worn. The lines are crisp and easily verifiable by the naked eye, as well as any working camera. I am not sure why it is not capturing the images as it appears on my coins? For example: I have a 1966 SILVER half dollar, which the app mistook as copper/nickel plated, and for the year your app noted 1980. Way off. In case you’re wondering what type of camera I used, it was an apple 15 Pro Max; the camera is rather exceptional. Can you please advise as to what the problem could be? Thank You!

Canceled free trial / “subscription” after trying for 30 mins and deleted app… neat but not impressed enough to pay for a monthly subscription. Turns out that doesn’t work… have been getting charged weekly for this of $9.99. I wouldn’t pay that for apps I actually use all the time. And then when you request a refund it says ineligible. Apple support will only go back so far and not refund all your money you were scammed by this app on. Beware of this app. Unless you are scanning coins daily and selling for a profit this is not worth it and they apparently do not care if you cancel the “subscription” they will keep charging anyways. Apple doesn’t care either. I will be deleting all subscriptions as Apple gets enough money from me monthly between other subscriptions and does not seem to care about keeping that business.

This app would be amazing if i could cash it out but i don’t see where so low key it’s really not worth downloading to be honest

Prices were not exact - like what was advertised. They instead would be like - .01 to $200 , for each coin. There is no way to sell these. They just want you to sign up. No customer support.
