Hello. When you first open the application, it presents two alternatives for subscriptions in order to use the app: first is a *three days trial* and after 3 days you pay 153₪ annualy. The second is monthly subscription of 9.99 dollars per months. I chose the first option, and after a couple of minutes using and trying the app, I chose to cancel my subscription, without any cost because the option I chose provide the 3 days trial. Nonetheless, the application subscribed to a whole year me without any free trial at all, even though the free trial is written explicitly in the main menu when you first open the app. Right now, apple sent me a receipt for the application, and this is probably a technical problem. I’m a student without the financial ability to pay this annual subscription I wished to avoid by using the 3 days trial. I got a screen shot of the application with the option I write above, proving my point. Please Help me and refund this unwanted subs.
