Scapia: A card for travellers

Limit need to increase

I have been using this for a while it really good for frequent travelers. The cons are they stashed the limit and not allowing new people to get card

Since 3 days still scapia app not opened in my iPhone only red colour visible of app when we open app

Application got stuck since 2 days , I can’t do any booking or pay the outstanding amount, also scapia team is not responding and taking their own time , instead of understanding customers urgency.

After the recent update the app does not open at all. All my bookings and credit card payments are due and I can’t access the app. There seems to be no other place to access the app.

Scapia not onboard me without any reason

I took this card for unlimited Lounge access as I travel a lot. but unlimited lounge accesss is not truely unlimited. In 24 hours , you can use it only once, that means if I have a layover in one journey , I can either use it on starting airport or in the layover. If my layover is more , say 6 hours, I can access the lounge for just 2 hours and then can’t use card again to extent the lounge access. this is really frustrating.

Super card with loads of ease to use

Their latest update of forcing to scan boarding pass for lounge access does not work at all. I tried for half an hour for the app to scan the QR code on my boarding pass and also took a picture of the boarding pass and try to upload but it just could not read it. What a pathetic update. I was standing in queue of lounge and could not make it work. Had to use my HSBC card for lounge access which worked seamlessly. If you are getting overwhelmed by the number of users using lounge access then you should have been mindful of not issuing so many cards to everyone. I am pretty sure scapia would have same fate as Niyo SBM card.
