Cannot ever sign in - not just me
Both Scarlet Pearl app and web portal have been giving me an error message: Invalid Pearl Rewards Account, Pin and/or Date of Birth. Please see the Pearl Rewards Club for further assistance. I called and was told to remove and reload the app (which of course I had already done but I did it again). Same error message. I went into Scarlet Pearl in person and changed my PIN and verified that it worked on their machines and kiosk. But still cannot use it to sign into either app or web. They say at their club that they have my DOB entered correctly. Asked three other friends/family if they could log into app or web portal and they have all gotten the same error message. None of this is new and it is clearly not a short term outage. I have been trying to access my account for over 8 weeks. If you want players, Scarlet Pearl, you need to make sure that this very basic stuff works for us. I have kindly let you know about it both on the phone and in person but your staff did not seem to care. So I am going to Beau Rivage, where I can see and use my account and offers.
