SCCU Card Control

This is stupid you must download the SCCU card control app first. Then you have to log into your SCCU app just access your card on and off which makes things difficult . Why they can’t do like must banks just do it from The mobile banking app with one click .

I like having the app but the fact that you need to open your SCCU app to get to the card control app is kind of a hassle it would be better to be able to set a password or code for the app and be able to login without having to go through your bank app

I downloaded this app a couple of weeks ago. I was excited to have my cards in one place. It worked great! Over the past week, the app stopped working for me. I couldn’t log in. I tried several different ways and times, and nothing. I just deleted it today, and tried to re-download it. It will not allow me to download it again. Was good while it lasted.

This app not working and I can’t unlock my card to get any money and I’ve tried from different phones

I hate that that have to have two apps to turn your card off.

I have my card set to my location for security. In the past week my transactions were denied for “my location” when my phone was in my pocket with location on and working fine. Now all my banks and call centers are closed due to a hurricane and my card is locked out. So thanks for screwing me during a hurricane 🤙🏼

Would’ve been a great app if you didn’t have to log into Spacecoast app & plus the minor glitches here and there… overall good app

This could be a great app. If you didn’t have to login to the SCCU app first then come here to turn card on and off. It makes it hard when standing at a register trying to pay. Being able to turn my card on and off on the fly would make this a 5 star app. Until then it’s one star.

Program failed to send security code as promised. Attempted multiple times to obtain code. Finally, codes appear but have expired. Tied again to complete registration but was closed out for multiple registration attempts. Very frustrating. My one star rating only pertains to the registration process. I am still unregistered; thus, unable to rate the app as a whole.
