You Go To Help And Support And They Tell You How To Cancel Your Subscription on the Mobile App Yet The The Part That You Supposed to click is not on the app…

Just learned the CEO is a scammy crook. I will be unsubscribing! She believes hitler wasn’t evil and charges people lots of money for “spiritual readings” it’s all shady I will be cancelling my subscription I can’t support somebody like that!

I love Scentbird. I’m very happy with the app most of the time. There’s a small issue for those who have subscriptions. If you put scents in your queue in advance and Scentbird no longer has the scent, you will get the monthly scent that Scentbird has chosen. There is no notification if the scent in your queue is out of stock and you will keep receiving the monthly scent until you delete the scent that is out of stock. This has happened to me twice and I’m a little upset since I have ended up with scents I don’t like. Other than that, there are no other issues with the app that I’ve noticed.

I signed up for a membership and found just how difficult their customer service is. They are terrible about responding to you. if you want to cancel, even if you’re 29 days before the next month, they will make you get the following month. Their response time is incredibly slow. The app is kind of a mess and a little hard to navigate in my opinion.

It’s good while your subscribed but try and cancel and you’ll find the problem real quick still took money out of my account. they only have bots speak to you and no email back from the company I’d leave 0 stars if I could

I recieved an email FROM SCENTBIRD saying I had a 30$ gift for using scentbird this year, and followed all the steps, and got the gift and it said "it will automatically be applied to my next purchase" so I resubscribed for 17$ thinking I would get at least 60% off. Nope, charged me the full 17$. Horrible scam of an app, dont use.
