Bought the subscription to Auto send, composed message, set up to send, woke up next morning and it had not sent and the message was no longer there, as if i had not composed it, however lost 1 of my credits for an auto send message. Very poor, app should be taken down due to false advertisement. Also took the developers over a year possibly two to respond, got a response today.
The latest update has added ridiculous options like sending flowers (what’s this all about?) but made skipping sending a message complicated. The functionality of preparing messages on the website is not working properly (unless you want to send flowers)…. After using this app for a couple of years I am currently looking for a different one.
if you’re looking for an app that allows you to draft a text the send a reminder when aforementioned text needs to be sent, this works perfectly. But if you’re someone who searched the App Store for “schedule text” or “schedule message” and this “free” one popped up, this IS NOT FOR YOU. I went all the way through to the drafting bit past the plans just for it to say “automatic messaging is part of the premium £4.49/month plan” With Basic you can: - Schedule more than 3 messages - plan unlimited reminders Premium (automation): - can automatically send sms messages. - can auto send 30 messages per month - schedule as many reminders as you want Which means that with Basic you can only SCHEDULE up to 3 messages (not the same as setting reminders OR automatically sending apparently). so with “free” you can remind yourself to send texts... but not import any birthdays so no reminders there (that’s a “basic” feature.) Also auto-send is only compatible with SMS/IMessage or Emails (like Gmail already does), not WhatsApp/Skype/Facebook or any other messaging platforms.
I could not set the privacy level. The privacy statement does not explain which outside vendors they sell our information to. Because it asked many personal questions even before I got to use it, I felt uncomfortable and didn’t get to start it. For instance, they rejected my short nickname a dozen times.
I paid £2.99 for one month with Auto send. Followed the instructions and it failed to work. Stuck on personal details page for premium subscription and unable to use app. I contacted the app developers who gave several solutions over e mail which took days. This still did not resolve the issue. In the end I have deleted the app and cancelled my subscription. Zero stars.
No trial, not trying for £36 a year
I repeatedly asked it to resend the verification code to my mobile, nothing came through. Then an hour or two later all the verification codes started coming through so I tried opening the app up again. But now it wouldn't even accept my mobile number on the grounds that that number had been "used too many times"! Haha, ah well. Literally unusable.
I purchased the £2.99 plan for a month and it won’t even let me send the message at a certain time so I will be contacting Apple in the morning for a refund. Disgraceful how companies get away with this.
I paid the £2.99 fee to try this out as I needed to send an urgent message in the middle of the night but didn’t want to seem inconsiderate, so I prescheduled and paid up. Well, guess what; message was never sent, correct number and country code stored, no problem there. In fact, self-doubting, I wanted to send one out again prescheduled this time to my husband, and even though I had just paid up front for a month, it was still asking me to purchase yet another month starting after my current subscription ends. Well, no kidding, I will not only pay twice for something that didn’t work for the first time but it’s a pretty crappy app if it does not acknowledge you’re a current subscriber (with a cancelled auto-renew subscription that ends in a month’s time). This app is a waste of time and money. Do not bother.
