Scheduler

It’s an ok app, but constantly getting messages to say I need to update to a newer version, sometimes getting 3 or 4 of them a day. Even after chatting with the app developers it keeps happening, very frustrated.

Great little app once you get it all up and running, though this takes quite a bit of time and effort. But the pain is well worth it I am a uk train driver and I now have my entire roster input into this app and I can click on any rostered duty to see the details from from the duty book. Fabulous. My partner now has this on her phone and I was able to transfer the data from my app to hers seamlessly.

I am a Train Driver in the Uk and have used this app for my shift duties. I can honestly say that this is such a brilliant app that I think it’s probably one of the best I have on my phone as I use it every day. I can input my duties, rest days & annual leave and also O/T & notes and when I tap on a particular day I can have an image/pdf of my duty for that day. I’m sure it does so much more but all I can say is fantastic!

I’ve been a long time user of the original UK Rota app. As a train driver it’s invaluable to me to have easy access to my shifts and to help me plan. Scheduler has brought the experience bang up to date and a lot of work has gone into giving users the features they really need. I highly recommend it to anyone working shifts and it really is a game changer in helping me plan my life.

I’m a firefighter in the U.K. and don’t use a lot of the features on the app, however it’s great once you’ve set it up and easy to use. I can put my bankers and annual in in different colours, dots to highlight events tied in with my main calendar and Jeff is brilliant at replying if you have a query you can’t work out yourself.

I loved the simplicity of the previous version, new one looks messy and not as easy to see with orange, green lines etc… how do I get the half oval green bits as seen on the pic here as that would look a look nicer and be easier to see when i have things on? Cheers

Have been using this app for around 8 years. Highly recommended for all those people on a rolling shift pattern. Worth every penny. Emailed the creator about how to work a 42 line rolling rota into the app which has a 210 day limit, he took the time to break it down and explain the best way to do it for me - a big thumbs up for the support given too!

Best shift planning app EVER. Two very different jobs two very different shifts systems, mine simple, hers a nightmare but this superb little app coped and excelled. Annnnd really really easy to use. Well with every penny and recommended to the rest of my watch.

The app does a take a bit of time to get used to but does have a lot of useful features. The feature that really drew me to the app was the ability to add a partners shift pattern which really helps for planning. The only issue I have found is that like most shift workers shifts are often changed and this app doesn't allow for you to change individual shifts within a set cycle and because of that it loses a star. Please consider adding this feature and this could be the prefect shift app!!

Great App. I use this regularly because the ability to colour days multiple colours means I genuinely can check out my whole month at a glance. I found it by word of mouth when someone at work showed me the app on their mobile and I downloaded it there and then and have never looked back. Takes a little while to fully understand it at first. I don't use it to its full potential as I don't have a degree in rocket science. That being said, this is the ultimate app when it comes to scheduling your time and those that have to record hours, overtime, shifts, holidays etc. If you need to micromanage your time, you will love this. It's safe to say I'd be lost without this app. Have tried many others and, whilst they may be slicker or better looking, none perform like Scheduler. And that is probably my only real criticism of Scheduler : it really is starting to look quite dated. Other than the app badge, not a lot has changed over these past few years. This makes the app look very date next to it's slicker competitors. If you're a Firefighter looking for the right app, stop searching. This is it...
