I have been working on many different therapy apps but Schedulista drives me crazy . You can not schedule extra clinic or do any modification of your schedule without changing the booking for all future appointments. Wasting so much time on manual updating.
Would be good if you could sign up. Only allows you to login and if you haven’t signed up then pretty useless being on here.
This app is really amazing and can’t fault it in anyway and to add to that I have had really helpful personal emails back to me about enquiries I had and they are keen to improve and evolve the app with any feedback they receive
Amazing customer service and very intuitive interface. Love it! I wish it was available to book at multiple locations for one-person companies at lowest rate though.
I totally love this - I use it for my Slimming World groups - as I have 7 groups (over 550 members) My Members can book in, they get reminder messages - they can swap sessions (times) without me having to manage it. If I need to change times - auto messages go out. I’ve set it up so they can cancel without letting me know - this has just made my life so much easier 💙💙💙💙 Thanks Schedulista Awesome App
Would like the font bigger on the app calendar but otherwise a great service.
Excellent App for businesses offering services from one or more fixed locations. We provide a chimney sweeping service and so have to go to the customers’ premises. Schedulista is not really optimised for our kind of business.

This app makes appointments clear and simple and saves a lot of time and stress. My clients really like it, especially the ease of booking an appointment without having to call me or wait for me to return their call if I'm busy in clinic. They also often say how helpful the (free) text reminders are for their upcoming appointment. I also really like the app, it saves me from returning phone calls in my lunch break or at the end of the workday and reduces my admin workload which frees me up to do other things - invaluable. A much appreciated app.
