School App for Parents

Update 20.3.21 Network error timeout. Again. Has been spinning all morning. Update 9.3.23 network error again Update 7.3.23 Failing again. Network error. Seems to be a regular occurrence among our group of parents. Original review: As parents we have no choice but to use this app once our school has decided to use it for all school communication. It’s a great idea but so many times the app fails. I get a network error and the spinning daisy wheel for days on end. The only solution seems to be to uninstall and reinstall. Frankly that isn’t even a workaround never mind a solution. In the meantime we may be missing time critical information from the school, which uses no other form of communication with parents. It happens repeatedly. Even more infuriating is that there is no way to contact the developers to offer evidence or seek help except by filling in a review here! The website is all about sales. Support is all for the school not app users. It just adds insult to injury. Please can you do something to either assist or fix the problem. Happy to help with that if I can. Thanks.

Forced into using this app for school communication, but wish I didn’t need to. It regularly fails to load messages with a ‘timeout exceeded’ message and the only way I can get it to work again is to delete the app and reinstall it, which also means adding the schools again. Very frustrating.

Worked fine for a while now I’ve constantly got a network error and have to keep re downloading it absolutely sick of it ! Only one the school uses tho so no option !

Constantly shows a network error and despite removing and re-downloading after a day or so shows the same error again. Annoying as this is about the only way our school communicates with parents.

The app seems to be buggy, previously crashed a lot but not just refuses to load, stating “network error”. For what seems like a fairly simple app it has a lot of issues.

Keep getting a network error ever time I open the app so have to delete then re-download and re-set up for 2 different schools… please fix asap!!! Us parents don’t have time for this…!

Have used this app for years with no issues and then following the update last year it has become a nightmare. Network errors, messages not loading and barely ever managing to even get it to open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times to no avail! Please get this sorted!

Decent app, but keeping getting Network Errors and unable to use now. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same and cannot even get logged in now.

The app was brilliant up until December 2022. And ever since it keeps crashing, saying network error and says I have 140 odd messages when I haven’t. I haven’t been able to get into the app the past 2 days and I’m missing value information

Good app when it’s working but terrible since last update when the app keeps says network error and fails to load. As parents we have missed crucial messages due to the failings of your app. Please sort out the bugs!!
