I purchased the premium package on the app and I am very disappointed I’ve tried to use the app for financial accounting and mathematical questions and no answers will generate ,instead all my credits disappeared and the one answer no got was unrelated to my question

The app started out nice , answering questions directly but after the updates it freezes all the time and the ai doesn’t answer your questions properly, it gives you what the question is about and interesting topics to explore about the question but not the answer.

It was working properly last year but now it just freezes and doesn't give me an answer when I ask a question.

I keep on asking this app to summarise a donut recipe but it keeps telling me about some convo about empathy when clearly I did not ask it to do that I didn’t even talk to it about such. The I say to it that’s not what we ever talked about then when I say that it says the same thing over and over again. It hasn’t even given me a summary about my recipe it just keeps on repeating the same thing. In conclusion please fix this app

My tokens keep going but I don’t get any answers whenever I ask. I’m so disappointed

I love this app but we need to on credit all of a sudden? this app helped me so much in my exams but now I’m disappointed because this app is like trash now taking up space on my phone.

I have updated to new version and surprisingly the “asking option “ button where am supposed to be typing questions doesn’t respond can this be fixed

It stops working after you update it, its so stressing
