I just completed two bill payments., One to CMG and the other one to Hermosa shore. Once the payment was completed, the screen stayed gray I did not receive confirmation of success in the transfer nor decline in the transfer or payments. The app should confirm the payment or make a statement if the payment didn’t go through

It is not intuitive. When looking for a check image, the link would not work so I never found who it was written to. I cannot find a link to a search engine to filter the results when looking for specific things. I am just getting started using this app. Mike

This is utter discouraging having my money taken from my account an not getting much support from this banking system

Why is security not a priority for the app? No MFA/2FA etc. heck, even security keys would be beneficial. In this day age, that’s almost unforgivable.

The Schools First app is super easy to use and search for things. I have never had an issue logging in or finding transactions .

Way to hard to transfer money between external bank accounts the transfer limit is always at 0.00 makes no sense

This app is constantly being updated to fix problems! What I hate most is that as soon as an update becomes available the previous version is inoperable, and you have to go through the update process before you can accomplish whatever you launched the app to do. Just hope you aren’t in a hurry, get distracted or forget what you needed to do.

This is better than other banks. I love this bank so much.
