Gute Idee, extrem schlechte Umsetzung…
Die Idee dahinter ist sehr schön aber an der Umsetzung hat es wohl gescheitert. Es gibt viel zu viele bugs, der Cloud Speicher sagt das er voll ist obwohl man nichts gespeichert hat. Ab und zu kann man keine Dateien herunterladen. Nachdem sich unsere Schule schul.cloud zugelegt hat wird es auch schon wieder abgeschafft selbst Discord funktioniert besser. Die Enttäuschung ist leider relativ stark…
Nutzungszeiten anpassen
Aufgrund von hoher Schulbelastung empfinde ich es als unabdingbar, Nutzungszeiten Wählbar zu entwickeln. Auf der einen Seite für Eltern, dass diese nur in bestimmten Zeiträumen Nachrichten schicken können. Als auch benachrichtigungszeitraeume einstellen zu können. Sehr wichtig für die psychohygiene. Sonst sehr zufrieden mit der App
Aussetzer
Leider ist die eigentlich gute App echt anfällig und hat oft Aussetzer.
Gut aber voller Bugs
Im Bildungssektor soll diese App eine der wenigen Datenschutzkonformen sein. Sie ist ganz praktisch, hakt aber ständig, ist wenig zuarbeitend und wenig kundenfreundlich. Ständige Neuanmeldung nach Updates. Wen ich von den Chats in die Konversation wechsle kann ich nicht mehr in die Chats zurück. Ich schließe die, starte jedesmal neu. Bekomme ich neue Antworten in der Konversation, währen ich im Chat bin, erscheint die jüngste Antwort nicht oben. Ich darf dann 250 Personen durchscrollen? Bei Umfragen kannst du keine CSV aus den Ergebnissen erstellen. Du kannst dann 200 Einzelpersonen eintragen. Du kannst die Umfrage auch nicht anpassen (Neue Zeiten während der Umfrage, …). Du musst eine Neue erstellen. Ich könnte jetzt so weitermachen. Wir sind übrigens eine Firma, die das Angebot bezahlt.
Nachrichten können nicht versendet werden
In letzter Zeit können immer wieder Nachrichten nicht versendet werden. Sie sind dann mit drei Punkten statt Haken gekennzeichnet. Sehr ärgerlich!

I am not getting any notifications from the app. I have notifications turned on, I have updated the app, one day they just stopped working, online help is non existent.
Schon gut aber….
Es ist eigentlich eine ganz gute App nur manchmal werde ich raus gekickt oder der Bildschirm wird schwarz. Durch die wöchentlichen Updates wird die App immer verbessert.
Für schulische Zwecke gut nutzbar
Für die Kommunikation zwischen Schülern und Lehrern innerhalb von Klassen gut geeignet.
