Schwab Mobile

I am a former TD Ameritrade client. My account was migrated due to the acquisition. I’m disappointed enough to write this review. Here are the issues I’m seeing in my second week of using the Schwab app: - I use a slightly different font setting on my iPhone, the layout/rendering of data in the app is very screwed up as a result - quotes seem to be delayed by a few minutes, especially when the market opens - stock quotes look significantly different between different screens (one of my primary views was showing a stock “down” for the day, while the same stock in the “options” view was showing “up”). Seems to be some kind of an issue with cashed values? - unable to see pre-market quotes, not sure if there is something I need to do to get access to pre-market and after-hours quotes? Seems silly when I can get a free quote from various online sources. - overall, it seems that I now need to click 2x as much to get to simple data, which was easily accessible in the TDA app. - unable to see stocks that make up an ETF, app points me to the detailed ETF prospectus - and so on … - I would recommend for the Schwab app developers to take a look at the old TD Ameritrade iOS app and see what features can be implemented in the Schwab app - I’m not there yet, but the thought of moving my account over to a competitor crossed my mind as a result of all of the above things… That would be a shame, switching banks because the app is so clumsy…

Amazing platform. Very easy to use.

The Schwab app is simple to use and in my opinion, a model for other firms to follow.

Great app! Allows you to easily check up on your portfolio and check bank account balances. My big suggestions would be to create a watchlist widget, so that watchlists can be seen without going into the app, allow a default watchlist to be selected (auto opens to this watchlist instead of always the local device watchlist), and allow users to see the research on stocks in-app.

Was former TD Ameritrade customer, which Schwab bought. Had to switch to Schwab app. In ameritrade app had ability to look at combined accounts, and to customize table views of positions. Neither of these options are available in Schwab app. So disappointed.

This app is a serious “downgrade” from the TDAmeritrade app it replaced (for those customers that started out with TDAmeritrade).

Very easy to use. I love the app and the company. Both are always a positive experience.

Schwab should allow us to continue to use the TD Ameritrade app much better app On the biggest day in the morning, when there was a bin opportunity, I could not login lost a lot of money

Extended hours ; the watchlist needs to be current on the after hours list just like the before regular market opens stocks are.
