Having a terrible time submitting request. Don’t know if it’s the website or what but it’s not doing what it should!

I lost my dark mode with my new iPhone 15 pro max not sure what happened

Difficulty trying to access retirement funds. Level two agent unsure of eligible funds to liquidate from. They placed my transaction on hold pending clarification of request. This has wasted over 24 hours which jeopardizes my end need for the funds.

The app functions well and there is most things you’d want available on the app, with a few exceptions that are only available on the website. The most noticeable thing about the app is the user interface is very complicated and unintuitive. Even as a ‘tech-y’ person it is confusing and things are not where they’d ought to be. Needs improvement!

Why doest your system allow looking back to inception of my account and its growth/losses for particular years. Is something trying to be concealed from the public!

Once downloaded, the app’s icon is blank/empty. Icon looks like a test pattern.
