After inputting my user name and password, the next step is to answer a security question. But the “question” is completely blank, so there’s no way for me to know what to type in. Why not offer a text to provide a login code?
Have a car loan there for years. Still can’t pay toward the loan with this app - asks for an attached account. No way to add my already added Liberty Bank account that I pay from on line. By reading the other unhappy reviews - why would a lending institution bother with an app with limited functionality. Get with the times folks!
I can’t even reset my password.
If you want to spend 30 minutes trying to take a picture it will accept for your mobile deposit, here’s your app. Also, be sure to scroll down to read every word for the endorsement on the back or they’ll reject it. It literally would have been faster for me to get in my car and drive the 12 miles to the bank and back.
the archaic nature of this app makes me question the capability of the people who oversee my funds...
Why am I still having problems logging in through the mobile app. This needs to be fixed!!!!
I like the app -- simple and easy to use. But please integrate Zelle as soon as possible. It would make things much easier for me as a Scient member and Zelle user.
Can't acces my bill pay info. Keeps saying I have to sign up online but I've been signed up for several years already! Also the ATM/branch locator comes up blank. No check deposit feature. Really disappointing!
You need to add a mobile deposit feature or I'm dumping you as a bank
