Yesterday i was charhed 32EUR and 37 EUR for trips i havent done at all..

Price is not shown anywhere before the ride. Charges 16€ per hour. Support does not respond. Very few places where to leave the scooter after the ride, which inflates the price

Decided to give this service a try for my trip to the beach today. When I reached my destination I left the scooter according to the given rules: not blocking the road, car parking etc. But when i was trying to end my trip, the app was giving me the error message something like “you are out of the parking zone”!Then i went to another place closer to the bus stop and again tried to leave the scooter in a safe place without blocking sidewalks etc. Same error: “out of reach of the parking zone”. Then I decided to just lock it as I really wanted to go to the beach... the lock didn’t work!!!! I ve tried so many times and after all I had to go back to the place where I took the scooter from and leave it there!!!! How come one of the main destinations this summer is out of parking zone??? Overall, it was a very dissapointing experience. P.S.: The only help chat they have is in Messanger app! Why one should avoid creating a normal chat box on their website? Its a complete joke...
