ScotRail Train Times & Tickets

App doesn’t always display all the trains and eg if you click ‘earlier trains’ to try and find them it shows fewer than the available train times - if you go on Trainline it shows additional times. And also would like to be able to delete used tickets.

Does what it has to do. Easy to use. I like live updates. You also can buy it in advance and activate it later! Nice work

Not used to things like this all new to me. My age group didn’t use these things but I found it easier to use than I thought I would so I would use it again.

Really easy, searched times and dates, added my railcard and bosh tickets booked and on my phone. Easy peasy :)

Check the details of what you’re booking as the app can put spurious dates in especially when you press ‘earlier trains’. Also when you request a refund (at a cost of £5 a time) it can delete the wrong ticket causing another £5 fee.

They automatically deny delay-repay even if you’re over an hour late due to their poor service and delays and missed connection. They’re incredibly cheeky.

Simple user interface, intuitive. Resilient. Everything you want from a ticket booking app really.

I have to travel by train about twice a week and it’s great to be able to get tickets in my app in about 3 minutes.

Goes to a page showing there are no available trains. Because it’s showing me trains from yesterday. ScotRail - what does “live times” mean to you exactly?
