I was using a lot this APP for US market, worked like a charm. But as soon as you want to use it for EU markets it’s not working correctly, it’s keep comparing with US, I was scanning and purchasing more than $10.000 before I realized that someone were wrong, the charts from APP and my computer were completely different! So I was buying trash for Amazon EU but it was OK for US, buy they are restricted items for US so I can’t list them, so I have more than $10.000 in trash thanks to this app! THANK YOU Customer support completely inexistent, don’t waste your time contacting them, they won’t reply or if you are lucky and get a reply won’t be polite, SO RUDE.

Impossible to cancel. Not user friendly when it comes to canceling

Great app. I think it’s better than Scout I.Q. Plus I’m getting Turbolister with the subscription with the downloadable data option. Very cost-effective.

I’ve been a subscriber to Scoutly for about 6months now. Never missed a payment but for no reason at all the Fail code 14 will pop up and stay for hours even days. Telling me I need to get a description even though I’m an active subscriber. Frustrating especially when it does it in the store.

Tried to sign up for an account and several errors that make no sense, waste of my time, Your response to my review was to waste more of my time with Support. No I’m good fix the issue so that I don’t have to waste time contacting Support. Errors are not my responsibility to fix. I will simply go find another app.

I was able to create my items through Scottly application to Amazon but after an update happened, I am unable to do it anymore, which is not good And making my job harder

Every time they update this app, it’s worse then before. Will probably switch back to ScoutIQ soon.

“Object reference not set to an instance of an object” when I try to search by typing out book name. Also, accept tracker doesn’t keep track of accepts when using quick camera scanner.
