Scrapnote

Actually I should say non-existent customer support. I have sent 11 messages and 5 emails and 0 responses. I can even see that they read the Facebook messages. It is a good app as long as you don’t need help with technical issue that prevents you from using it. Would not recommend buying this app! If by some luck they respond and address my issue, I will update this. DON’T BUY!!!!!!!!!!

Previously [In brackets below, Oct. 2018] I reviewed SCRAPNOTE, giving it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Now, after confidently putting a lot of time and information on many pages, it’s failing to the extent that I can’t access many of my scrapbooks and am afraid that if I continue to use the other books I might loose all of my information. I have left three emails with Groosoft support, pleading for help and receiving no reply. Bottom line: an app is only as good as its support. I guess I’m giving them ⭐️ for old times sake. Also, I believe it’s the minimum. ****************************************************************** [ I’ve tried a ton of apps to organize several projects (both personal and professional) and I keep coming back to Scrapnote. It’s fun and versatile. Even with it’s limitations, it has plenty to offer and the “limitations” actually make it easier to use. That means that I use it often and I get the job done. I’ve recommended this app to my friends and I would recommend it to you.]

I use it everyday. It’s so quick and easy to use for notes.

As promised, and the reason I got the app was to be able to do this - grab webpages or even better, parts of webpages and send them to this app. No option to do so. Hate it because it seems to be a beautiful app. If it worked properly, it might be fantastic, but at the moment very disappointing...

I am updating my previous review because I believe the developers have acknowledged a problem I mentioned. I haven't yet tried the app since it was updated as of October 2018, but I will try it out and write another update of this review. I'm glad the developers are paying attention to our reviews. Thank you so much. ------------ Previous Review: I am updating my review because I've found a problem inside the app. I wanted to create a Planner page, with a calendar and ruled lines. The first time, I chose the month of June, 2018. The second time, I chose the month of July, 2018. June came out very good, except that I didn't like when it printed out with a slight background tint. I wouldn't mind, but ink is very expensive. However, I printed it out anyway because I liked it. So, Here's where the problem occurs: The month of July, 2018, had a problem with the font. The letter Y was cut off from the bottom, making the Y look like the letter V instead. So it appears as: Julv instead of July. I'm hoping that the developer will see my review and correct the items I have mentioned above. Other than the above, here's what I wrote in my first review: Just updated. Got to see what's new before updating my review. Here's what I think: 1. I love the new papers. 2. I think the app could use two additional abilities, which are as follows: > Need the ability to print out your notes > Need ability to search within books The reason why we need the ability to search is because, as I was exploring the new papers, I wanted to send a page to my photos. I wasn't able to send the page until I came out of the app, went into my Settings on the iPad, and allowed access to my photos. But by the time I went back into the app, I had almost forgotten where the page was that I had been working on. Luckily, I found it right away. But it could have taken me a while to find it because I had created a number of books, each with various amounts of pages. A search function would be helpful and appreciated if it's at all possible. Thanks for a very good and useful app, and the new features!

I absolutely love this app!! It makes it easy to capture things from the web and other sources and keep them stored in an organized way. It is truly a must have for every creative type. Thanks for the hard work and continued commitment to an amazing app!!

Excelente App muy buena

It's basic and could be useful in lots of ways. The pages got lots of styles and it's helpful for teenagers whom love to doodle. 다방면에서 유용하게 쓸수 있는 앱이구요 하나 소장 하시기에 괜찮아요

Wrist protection doesn't work Needs Apple Pencil support

I originally just wanted an app I could open & scribble out my thoughts to create later. This app passes that by far. I still have more to learn on use but I really love this app. I can bring in images that inspire me & so much more. Quite pleased with my purchase.
