I started a free trial to watch one movie, Terrifier 3. I have never downloaded and uninstalled an app in the span of 10 minutes. This is truly one of the worst horror platforms out there. This company is deceiving customers and intentionally withheld the information that Terrifier 3 is not the actually movie, it was a loop of something you would see on some sketchy website. The app is useless, the site is useless, don’t bother.

Won’t allow me to login with my email and password on my mobile phone.!

I have been trying to log into app for weeks . Tried changing my password not able to do that as well. Contacted customer support , no response at all. Canceling my subscription today.

Let’s look past the fact that it hardly has any movies. But what’s the most frustrating? Is you try to login but it tells you you’ve reached the maximum amount of devices. But will let you look to change it.

This app is consistently crashing , freezes after Ads….and keeps closing . Please fix crashes

Trash service. 7 ads before every movie or show and that’s with a paid subscription. I unsubscribed immediately. On top of that you have to manually press play on the ads or else they’ll just stay paused and the movie you are PAYING to watch will not play. TRASH. Do not subscribe to this garbage service. Don’t support them. I hope this company tanks.

This is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever used. Every other time I attempt view content via my AppleTV it would log me out. This wouldn’t be a huge issue expect that you can only have three devices signed in, and it doesn’t remember the device. The last time I reached out it took about a week for support to remove one of the logins off so that I could sign back in via my AppleTv. Please keep in mind that at most I would only sign in via my phone, computer, and Apple TV.

I’ve tried to be supportive of Screambox throughout their many bugs but forcing me to watch ads when I pay for a subscription is where they’ve finally lost me. Not to mention the ads can be as many as five at a minute or more each and freeze up and need to be constantly reloaded. Unacceptable. Canceling my subscription.

All of the content is free on Tubi. They also have made it impossible to unsubscribe. I had to report it as fraudulent to my bank to stop payment. JUST DON’T!

I bought a year subscription, but have yet been about to watch anything. Every time I try, it says I need a subscription. Customer service had me uninstall/reinstall the first time it happened. I've tried that several times since, but have not had luck.
