Although I have bought the 29 pounds worth of lifetime premium time ago , I just logged in to the app to do some basic screen recording and it’s asking me to buy the premium that I already have in place which is disgraceful because it’s not efficient but it’s also causing me sufficiency issues. What can you do in order to fix this ? Please get back to asap or pay my 29 pounds back because this is looking like an example of day time robbery. Thank you Atakan

Paid for a lifetime subscription which was £14.99 then in less the a week it started showing ads again asking me to pay a subscription fee to join. Plus The ‘contact us ‘ button doesn’t work or show any contact information. Will be reporting to apple & requesting a full refund.

This was so bad when I wanted to start and retired a ad pops up and it was really annoying and the bottom of recording didn’t work I wish this is better bc I wasted £13 for this app and this is horrible I don’t recommend and it also cutes your screen when live-streams and its really annoying I really hate it pls fix this and I will give you more stars Pls reply and try to fix it for the people who spend money on this and pls and more editing tools TY

I want to make it for tick tock but I can’t and how do I do it without paying

After I made this video it told me i have to pay 10£=10.50$ a month just to download it,wouldn’t recommend if you don’t want to pay

I subscribed for it and recorded 2 hours lesson with sound and everything but it only captured the screen with no sound.
