I face an issue with the game i can not give any stars to build the valley while im having 140 star? There’s an issue with the game please solve it

Having issues
I can’t build anything
Stuck level
Got to a level and game is stuck. Can’t build.
Ad watching becomes forced
Game is super fun and colorful. Helps me to relax but also keep my mind sharp. Only thing is the puzzles become unsolvable without watching an ad, forcing you to watch them. I guess that’s better than having to watch an ad forcibly like other games?

Glitch
Love the game but I seem to be stuck in a glitch at 86% in the swimming party where I can not upgrade the building any further even though I have more than the required stars to do so.
Upper levels need work
Fun game but once you reach a certain level you can’t use the stars to build scenes and the levels are repeated.
