Great game but…

Great game but I wish you didn’t have to fully restart a star level if you fail/die please change this ! But aside from that it’s a perfect game

How do I get a refund?

I downloaded this literally one night ago and it played just fine. I got to the city and then I went to bed. I tried to play it again today and now it doesn't load anything.?? it doesn't load my map. It doesn't load the quests so I want my money back.

Levels complete that I’ve never played?

Just got back on the game after a night off and I see that 3 areas I’ve never been to are somehow completed. I love this game and I’ve been playing it since I was a little kid on my DS but I just opened the app and a few areas that I haven’t played are somehow completed. Not sure how that’s possible and I don’t want to give you a bad rating because I love this game and I’m sure it’s not the developer’s fault. I just don’t understand how levels I’ve never played are somehow completed. I last played Ellipsis and I get back on to see that Bullet Point Bayou and the Listy Colon are complete even though I’ve never been there.

HOT PHONE WHEN PLAYING.

I love this series of games. However, whenever I try to play, it instantly over heats my phone to the point of burning my hands. I looked it up and Apple said to contact the developer & advise them of the issue. This is me doing that. My iPhone is brand new, 15 Pro Max. No other games cause over heating issues.

Needs a Object Editor

The game is good but when I bought it I was expecting a object editor like the usual version! Please make a update with a object editor soon!

Game Hardly Runs

While the game itself is great, it barely runs. Any loading screen is a gamble whether it will make it to the next screen or just crash. This is also true for just opening the app in the first place, as 9 times out of 10 it won’t even start. Turning my phone off and on again seems to get it to start, but then it will just crash again after only a couple minutes, if even. I am not sure if this is an issue with the app itself, or perhaps just my phone. I have one of the newer iPhone models, though. I wouldn’t recommend getting this game for iPhone, even though it is much cheaper than other alternatives, I cannot speak for whether or not it may run better on a more powerful Apple product. Perhaps it is better to pay more for the Switch or PC version instead, as those versions are likely more playable (and I imagine they also contains more features, such as the Object Editor mentioned in other reviews).

This has been an apparent issue I’ve saw a lot, but I mean, I don’t wanna pay 60 bucks for the Nintendo Switch version so, I don’t think there gonna add it but, if they are reading this, i hope they add it.

Please add the object editor, a level creator and make water snake a synonym for viper plus, make it support iPad keyboard so I can have some fun with the secret objects that you’re not supposed to access and please add character creator so I can make my dream avatar. Plus, make Bailey Hall eat dogs with the adjective hot because she mistakes them for hotdogs. And, make rabid a synonym for vampiric because the idea of vampires was probably inspired by people getting rabies

Please make the game playable

The game seems great nut I can’t get past the tutorial because maxwell won’t pick up the soap
