Scribd: 170M+ documents

I’ve been charged for this and can’t find a way of stopping it because there’s no link anywhere to close account or request refund etc. nightmare. Also I can’t even open the app for that. Please cancel this and stop taking money from my account.

Used to be a big Scribd fan but I’ve now just cancelled my renewal. Seems as if they have a proliferation of apps and platforms, Everand, Scribd and Slideshare but I can never find anything or find anything I actually want. Most good authors on Scribd don’t have their best selling books or audio on Everand only lesser read stuff. Magazine were removed which were a big value add, documents are a huge pile of useless stuff. Using LinkedIn or other plaform were slides get shared and I can never access them via the Scribd platform even through it should be seamless and integrated. I think I give up, save my £74 membership and I’ll just pay for the high quality content I want on Audible or Amazon. Scribd is just no longer worth paying for vast quantities of low quality junk.

I just downloaded the app and it’s started to cut 10.99£ for 2 months I’m trying to unsubscribe but it wouldn’t work because i don’t have account or subscription. I need my money back because it’s silly app and scammed people.

I got the free trial and forgot about it, now they are charging me every month, and i can’t cancel because im not “subscribed” anybody looking at this, change your product, you are running an illegal service, cancel your subscription for me or i am taking this to the police.

If I could give it 0 stars I would used it for what I needed now it’s trying to charge me every month and it won’t let me cancel the subscription. Completely waste of time to be honest!

This app it’s good working but the problem I get about it it’s that Im not see any results when I try to search for any pdf

This and Everand were ruining my life. I used to love browsing sheet music from my piano, playing for hours. Now I hardly play because these apps are so confusing and unusable. I’m moving on, I will find my love for music again elsewhere.

I downloaded it one time by mistake and canceled deleted it and it wont stop charging my credit card. Bunch of crooks
