Scriptic: Interactive Dramas

I have enjoyed playing both the Redman and Unmasked crime storylines on Scriptic but due to glitches in the games I am unable to complete either story without losing all my progress. Tasks such as bringing suspects in or waiting for phone calls take 1-3 hours to complete, and after having waited for the timer, the game gives no option to complete the tasks (answer phone calls or question suspects). There is also a glitch in the bug feedback submission so you can’t even tell the developers about these problems! I hope the developers will fix this asap because this has the potential to be a really great game.

love this story, it's so hooking, the only bad thing is the waiting but i guess it helps you to do other things in the meantime. the PLOT TWIST AT THE END IS CRAZY i wasnt expecting AN OFFICER to be responsible for jerome's death. I originally thought it was Lucas, then Bradley but wow when i kept going, i was shocked. Amazing game and amazing plot twists 10/10 game, highly recommend you play this if you're wanting to do detective work in the future. I will say tho. the SE15 group are so rude man🤣

It’s really good but in Redman pt.5 it won’t let me interview PC Maguire and Bronson it’s just a black screen and it won’t let me continue the story so can u please fix this, Thanks.

once i got half way through episode 3 it just froze and isn’t letting me do anything isn’t giving me any text messages or any tasks too do

on episode 4 of “unmasked” i am trying to examine Gemma and there is no option to chat, interrogate, or have clues. don’t know what to do from here. game should have been playtested more thoroughly

overall this game is amazing, the redman story is my absolute favourite- so far as i had to wait on hold to home secretary in episode 5 which was fine to begin with, after the timer was up i went back onto it and i was sat there for a good 10 minutes waiting for it to do something but it wouldn't do anything i checked if there was anything i needed to do but i didnt have the option to do anything so i refreshed the app, still nothing.i left the app for a few days and went back onto it again today and i still cannot do anything. im very disappointed and i cant give this app 5 stars, please fix this.

I love this app and find it really interesting however, after I have done the arresting Bella part in the case it’s stuck on that and will not let me do anything from there. Could you please fix the problem so I can continue with the story

This game is amazing however on the story unmasked, I’ve completed 2 and a half chapters but I can’t get any further because everytime I go onto it it says I have a text although I don’t . It also tells me to interview Bella when she’s not there and there’s 2 people I already have interviewed! It’s so distracting and frustrating please fix !!!!

I'm very much enjoying the game and all the episodes, however I'm stuck frozen on Episode 2 of the Redman case. If I press "Continue" to bring Kane in, it restarts the interview with Lucas, and then freezes the game, I can't tap back, continue, nothing. If I access the game through the resume under the episodes it eventually freezes about a minute in no matter what I do (I've opened chats, went to Kane's interview, went to Lucas' interview, searched through the victim's photos, it all just freezes after a minute). I'm going to delete the app and reinstall, see if that helps.
