SeasonCast: Live Stream Sports

When it works it’s ok… but there are SEVERAL BUGS that do not allow you to rewatch games! There are several instances where it will drop service while streaming when other sites for streaming do not drop service. LET ME REPEAT THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!! ZERO RESPONSES OVER THE COURSE OF A YEAR! Save your money and stream on YouTube with sport cam!

Hello, I am wondering if anyone still works at this company? I have been trying to reach customer support for a week with no responses. My log in is not working and I cannot change my password because I cannot log in. I paid for the premium so would like a refund if no one can help me log in. Please respond.

We have tried to get assistance with something as simple as resetting a password and never receive any response. It is impossible to speak with a human. The “chat” option is just a bot that sends tells you it is sending an email you will never receive.

SeasonCast doesn’t seem to work on iPhone 16. SeasonCast support does not respond when emailed.

Payed for premium. Worked great for 3 games, now ‘start live broadcast’ button doesn’t do anything. Tried two different phone. No answer from customer support, three days now.

SeasonCast has stopped working. Troubleshooting has been fruitless. Loading and reinstalling the app has not worked. Emails to customer service go unanswered. The online chat sits idle without a response.

I’ve had nothing but issues going live and I never get a response from anyone. Does anyone even work with this app? Very frustrating and will not renew

No phone number to call. Doesn’t respond to support emails . Password recovery system doesn’t work . $40 down the drain. Hoping this will get their attention

Refreshed and refreshed - major pixelating!

This could be so great. Unfortunately there is zero customer support, and combined with the unstable nature of the app, that is a deal breaker. Anyone know of a decent alternative?
