Seatfrog: Buy, upgrade, swap

Great concept but need to make it clear in your UI that there is currently no flight partners (at all) and that the only service you are compatible with is one train provider - London North Eastern Railway. Would have saved me 10 minutes of entering my booking number, reading a non descriptive error about how I should wait 24 hours after booking, troubleshooting section which doesn’t say make sure your travel provider is compatible and emailing the trip confirmation before seeing in small text on the email sent to me that the criteria is “travelling with London north eastern railway” Hope you get that take up because it is a good service if you can convince an airline to use it 👍🏼👍🏼

I travel a lot and have tried to use it several times but it has never been able to get my travel details. It just does not work. It’s a shame as I would love to use such an app.

I have used it a couple of times and it’s an awesome little app, easy to use and once it’s up on more services I reckon it will be making lots of passengers very happy!

Such a great service and such a slick app. Highly recommended.

Finding tickets needs to be easier. Also PLEASE add the add-to-wallet function. Otherwise good app.

Used the app a couple of times but with a very disappointing outcome today. We were winning the bid and had to decide whether to take the first train to Stockport from Euston or wait for the one we bid on. As we were winning we thought to try and keep that train so when the final seconds counted down and we were still winning we were shocked to be told that there weren’t any seats available. Had we known this earlier (and I’m sure they know more than 30 mins in advance. Peeempt developers response that we don’t know) we could have got the earlier train knowing that we wouldn’t be charged. AS SOON as they know there aren’t seats you should be informed and be allowed to retract your bid…. It’s a bit of a con that could be made amazing with some thought for the customer App is now deleted until improved

Previously very good but now with it’s £3 fee the OPENING ’auction’ price plus the std class ticket is higher than the First Class price at the time of ticket purchase. No point to the app now.

Not possible to progress past a blank registration page.
