The app isn’t nearly as good as the website, but the bigger issue is clicking on notifications just opens the app and not the flight it’s alerting me to. Links from the texts do work.

The app tells me nothing found when I search for deals that I know were available on the web portal

For the life of me, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but no matter what search criteria I put in I get back a frown face telling me nothing is found. Nothing to anywhere, from anywhere, just nothing. I sure don’t wanna buy the pro version if I can’t even get the regular version to do anything.

I am going to make my final attempt to make heads or tails of this app. It is very confusing to navigate.

It won’t let me select a specific date in December 2024. It keeps defaulting to 2025. I’ve tried different ways of searching. Not sure why it’s doing that. I purchased a one month subscription to the app to search for flights specifically for this date. So that’s a total waste for me :-/

Please remove copa or give us an option to filter out that airline. Waste of search result

I’m trying to sign up for pro but tough to find process

No matter what dates I entered it said “nothing found”. Yet if I went to the airline itself there were many to choose from. I deleted the app. Not at all useful.

Finally, an award search engine with a clean interface that actually *works*. The June 2024 update resolved inconsistencies between mobile and desktop results. The free version is extremely capable, but the new live results make the premium subscription worthwhile for me.

The app really needs to get to feature parity with the website. The explore tab is missing filters the website has, and the search feature as well. I’m trying to set an airline filter in a Search and it just isn’t working. The website is fine but this app is not. One other thing: Seats.aero is not a good tool if you’re trying to find multiple award seats on the same plane. They have a seats filter but it’s completely inaccurate. Seats.aero says there multiple seats available on the plane but when I call the airline to book there is only one single seat.
