Imagine walking across from one end of the park to another, only to find that the “10 minute wait” time for a ride turns out to be 130!!!! Trash app. Uninstalling.

It has been a while since my husband and I have visited SeaWorld. However, I was very disappointed. It has definitely gone downhill. The shows which are my favorite. We’re not entertaining. They were more educational. The bathrooms were dirty two of the only drinking fountains I found didn’t work. it is definitely nothing like Disney where it is clean and they do everything to make us comfortable with fans while you wait in line and air conditioning. I guess I see world an expensive amusement park not a vacation destination.

severely horrible accuracy with wait time, also location detection could be better, sometimes it would say my gps is in the middle of the water? very strange and disappointing walking up to a ride with 5 min wait time on the app only to see every row full of a crowd of lines

THE TIMES STATED ON THE APP ARE NOT ACCURATE AT ALL! RAPIDS WAS STATED AT A 25 minute wait time and once we arrived, we’re met by 3 hours of people.

Reported to be fraudulent app, please be cautious while downloading and doing any purchases through this app

the wait times are inaccurate at best, and some rides don’t even have a wait time in the app. this might be user error, but when we bought tickets online and then signed into the app, the tickets were nowhere to be found. directions are somewhat unclear, and overall a bad experience trying to use this app in the theme park.

I even tried to sign in with my account and it keep saying Sign in error or log in error and it is so annoying! Please fix this.

The wait times were far off from what they actually were and just not as well-established as the Universal app

Quite annoying you have to make an account to use the app. Just wanted to view wait times while in the park and it makes you make and account. There should be a “continue as guest” option.
