We love this coffee shop. We started by going to the location in children’s when our boy was sick. Now years later we take him for coffee and hot choco.

The app rarely takes you to a pay screen. Errors occur on the regular

If you’re going to offer me every option under the sun for how I want to eat something maybe make sure that they work and don’t invalidate my whole order. Cheers.

Slow but it works

My favourite of all but could use a little less ice. I usually get two or three a week.

Does what it needs to and is easy to use, zero issues with the rewards program or anything.

In app ordering functionality works very well. Geolocation doesn’t always keep up, so have to double check location when ordering. Adding funds to the app with a gift card is impossible. Adding funds with a credit card works well. Would like a tip option.

While the app has basic functionality it is missing the ability to link their own gift cards and when mobile ordering doesn’t give option to tip. No offers or discounts ever other than points redemption. Disappointing when compared to other chains apps.
